Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026
This is a starter Terms of Service. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it for a commercial launch.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Upload to Train (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), operated at uploadtotrain.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of datasets you upload and models you train. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data you submit, and for not uploading unlawful, infringing, or sensitive personal data you are not authorised to process.

4. Plans, billing and usage limits

The Service offers free and paid plans with monthly usage limits (such as training runs, dataset size and storage). Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Konnect. Prices are shown in TND for Tunisian users and USD for international users. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Usage limits are enforced to ensure fair use and protect service stability; exceeding your plan may require an upgrade.

5. Enterprise workspaces

Enterprise plans are billed per member (seat). The workspace administrator controls membership and whether the monthly quota is shared across the team or allocated per member. The administrator is responsible for managing their members and seats.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or overload it, reverse-engineer it, access other users’ data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Refunds & cancellation

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Machine-learning outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for validating results before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
